Poor customer service from the redhead women that works there. She either hates her job or has an attitude problem.

For some strange reason their prices appear to be higher than other local post offices e.g. Envelopes and packaged postal costs. Slow service resulting in long queues, and unpleasant environment - shop is cluttered, disorganised and uninviting.

Might as well be closed.
The owner is very rude and uninterested in doing any work. I went in there to withdraw a large sum of cash and he told me why I didn’t use a cashpoint?! I would’ve needed multiple withdrawals with a standard ATM compared to the Post Office. I mean if we don’t use the services available at a Post Office then surely there wouldn’t be a need for them?!
I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went in another time where I needed to post a parcel and he told me they needed to close soon. I pointed out that there’s 20 minutes left until closing time so he then reluctantly served me.
Customer service with a smile goes a long way, it’s no wonder that local post offices are closing down. I now use the Birmingham City Centre branch where they deliver consistent and professional customer service.

Really swift service each time I have been to this branch. Nice staff too. A lot of confectionary and cake type foods at the front does mak it look somewhat 'cluttered' but that doesn't affect the great service.
Parking to get there isnt great on the street as it limited but there is the free parking at Sainsburys furtherup the road so no great drama.
